Ants Marching is a logic puzzle game provided as-is, on the web and as a mobile app. By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

You can play without an account; progress then lives only on your device and can't be recovered if the app's data is erased. With an optional account, progress syncs across your devices. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account.

Gold is an in-game reward earned by playing. It has no cash value, can't be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for money, and can't be bought directly. We may adjust gold rewards and pack prices in future updates.

"Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by your app store. It removes rewarded-ad prompts on devices signed in to the same store account, and can be restored after reinstalling. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies.

Don't try to cheat, reverse-engineer, or attack the game or its servers, and don't automate play. We may suspend accounts that abuse the game.

The game, artwork, puzzles, and name are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable license to play; you may not copy or redistribute the game or its puzzle bank.

We work hard to keep the game running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses (like lost progress from a cleared device) arising from using the game.
